Most meals and soups can be made gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, wheat-free or to fit other special dietary requirements.  Please ask.

Each meal is a generous portion for 1-2 people.

Ruby Trout with Honey Mustard Dill Sauce     Fresh Ruby trout baked with lemon slices and served with a tangy sweet herby honey Dijon dill sauce.  Great cold or hot.  Choose 2 sides.

Summer Vegetable Lasagne     Lasagne pasta sheets layered with summer squash, spinach, eggplant, mozzarella, ricotta, and a garlicky tomato sauce.  Choose 1 side.

Bacon BBQ Chicken Sliders     Turkey bacon, bbq grilled chicken, ripe tomato slices, tangy herb mayo on mini buns.  Order is 5 sliders.  Choose 2 sides.

Corned Beef Pie     All-natural corned beef baked into a flaky pastry pie with red potatoes, cabbage, and carrots.  Choose 1 side.

Rainbow Dinner Salad     Mixed greens, purple cabbage, red onion, tomato, cucumber, shredded carrot, yellow bell pepper, chick peas, corn, and your choice of cumin rubbed chicken breast, tilapia, or tofu.  Served with chile lime dressing and crispy corn tortilla strips on the side.

Cilantro Lime Mahi-Mahi     Mahi-mahi filet baked with fresh cilantro lime marinade.  Simple, delicious, summery.  Choose 2 sides.

Coconut Milk Tofu     Firm tofu served in a savory coconut milk broth with assorted fresh greens, bell peppers, baby corn, onions, and hakurai turnips.  Served with rice and choice of 1 side.
